Products & Services

• All products are freshly prepared and handmade; therefore, the final product may vary slightly from displayed images.
• Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to limit or refuse service to any customer.
• We operate under applicable food safety and hygiene regulations and are not liable for health issues arising from consumption of our products.

Ordering

• All orders require a minimum 24–48 hours’ advance notice.
• Orders are confirmed only after 100% advance payment.
• You must provide complete and accurate billing and delivery details.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Delivery

• Delivery is available only across selected locations in Central and South Mumbai, subject to serviceability.
• Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather or courier delays.
• Once the order is handed over to delivery partners, The Round Room is not responsible for delays or product condition.
• If the customer is unavailable, the order may be left with security or reception. Re-delivery is not guaranteed due to the perishable nature of products.

General

• We reserve the right to blacklist customers displaying abuse or misconduct.
• You may not copy, reproduce or resell our products or services without written permission.
• We are not liable for suspension or discontinuation of any service or product.
