REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY – THE ROUND ROOM
Since all products are freshly prepared, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.
Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled only if the request is made at least 24 hours before dispatch.
- Cancellation approval is at the sole discretion of The Round Room.
- Approved cancellations may be refunded or converted to store credit.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once preparation or dispatch has begun.
Refunds
Refunds are only applicable if:
- The order is not delivered
- The product is damaged or incorrect
Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of product and packaging
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
No refunds will be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Delays caused by customer unavailability
