REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY – THE ROUND ROOM

Since all products are freshly prepared, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.

Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled only if the request is made at least 24 hours before dispatch.
• Cancellation approval is at the sole discretion of The Round Room.
• Approved cancellations may be refunded or converted to store credit.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once preparation or dispatch has begun.

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable if:

• The order is not delivered
• The product is damaged or incorrect

Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Order number
• Clear photos of product and packaging

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

No refunds will be issued for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect address provided by customer
• Delays caused by customer unavailability
